NOTE: Orders placed after 10:00a on Mondays may not be processed until the next business day. Additionally, large orders may require additional time to complete and may not adhere to the guidelines above.

Approximate Shipping Times

The following table outlines the approximate amount of time it takes for the shipping carriers we use to deliver products. The duration represents the number of business days from when we deliver the package to the carrier to when they deliver it to the customer. These are approximations only -- depending on where the package is being delivered, the time of year, and other influences like weather, transportation issues, etc, the time may vary.

NOTES:

  • Delivery dates are only guaranteed when choosing FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx overnight. There is no guaranteed delivery time for ground shipments.
  • Weather can delay the delivery of packages. Such weather delays are not covered by FedEx's delivery guarantee.
  • FedEx service does not include Saturday delivery. FedEx charges a significant surcharge for Saturday delivery. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
  • If you need detailed tracking, you should select a FedEx delivery option.We use USPS for most of our Ground shipments and USPS provides very little tracking until the package has actually been delivered.
  • If you need to know the whereabouts of your package, please refer to the tracking link we send you in the Shipping Confirmation email (please check your SPAM filter/folder for this email if you haven't received it). If that does not provide enough information, please contact either FedEx (1-800-463-3339) or your local USPS office, and refer to the tracking number of your package, which is the number at the end of the tracking link.
