PosterDog has a 100% satisfaction, full-refund guarantee. If the product you receive differs materially from your original image, or if the goods are materially flawed, we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price.
At PosterDog, we’re very proud of what we do. We expect to achieve nothing less than your 100% satisfaction with the products we produce for you. Even more, our collaboration extends well beyond the printing of your image to include the fulfillment and return process. We want you to be completely happy with your entire experience with the PosterDog team.
We take the utmost care to ensure your print is produced perfectly. Each image is scrupulously inspected as it comes off the press. In the unlikely instance that our quality control team notices a problem with your order, we will personally contact you before shipping it to discuss and resolve the issue.
In the very unlikely event you receive a print that is less than satisfactory, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the problem and work with you to find an acceptable solution. We may ask that you send us photographs of the damage or defect in order to expedite the resolution process.
All we ask is that you contact us before returning a product we produced for you. Contacting us first is likely to save you both time and money on your return.
